How the Exceeding Themes Influence Your Practices - Webinar

Do you feel that you have exceeding practices but are finding it difficult to identify this in your key practices? Are you unsure what the difference is between Meeting and Exceeding?

This session will enable participants to ‘unpack’ each exceeding theme in relation to the what and why, and to understand the process of identifying how your practices go above and beyond.

During the session you will:

  • Unpack the Exceeding themes so that they are easier to understand
  • Understand the difference between Meeting and Exceeding the NQS
  • Use tools and guidance to further your understanding of how Exceeding is determined and rated

Participants will gain confidence in the exceeding themes process, know where to find guidance, and learn how to identify exceeding themes within key practices.
