During one of the most challenging times our sector has faced, this webinar will help educators to identify what fills their bucket and enable them to be present when working with children and their colleagues.
Drawing from positive psychology and neuroscience, this workshop will benefit all educators who need support to manage their wellbeing. You will walk away with a clear understanding around stressors and how they impact on our ability to function well in an environment. You will feel supported, knowing that you are not alone, and don't need to be 'fixed'.
There will be an opportunity for you to share your thoughts and challenges throughout the session, although this is completely optional.
