Approved Provider Roles and Responsibilities for NSW Education and Care Services and Providers
This session covers:
- Information relating to the roles and responsibilities of an Approved Provider,
- An introduction to the NQF and the regulatory responsibilities for Approved Providers under the National law and regulations,
- Discussion of sound regulatory practice under the National Quality Framework with reference to real life examples to identify quality governance practices.
Q&A will provide the opportunity for participants to engage with each other and the subject expert.
During this session, participants will be introduced to a tool which helps inform of any skill gaps and areas where they need to grow their knowledge. The tool will also provide tips on how to best utilise resources so as knowledge is shared across people in positions of responsibility such as individual Approved Providers, boards, committees and leadership teams.
