Community Early Learning Australia (CELA) is a not-for-profit peak body representing over 1,800 members employing more than 27,000 educators and teachers across Australia. We advocate for quality early childhood education and care and support our members through expert advice, training, and resources.

An historical library of digital copies of Rattler magazine are available in the member resource library.

New issues will be emailed to you each April and September, and an annual compendium will be posted to you in December.

How can I reset my password?

If you're unsure of your password, click the "Forgot your password" option when logging in. You will receive an automated email to the registered email address for the Member Hub, containing a link to reset your password.

How can I renew my membership?

CELA’s support line is a trusted resource for early education professionals seeking expert advice and practical solutions to everyday challenges.  

Our team provides guidance on a wide range of issues, including navigating government funding schemes, clarifying regulations, resolving workplace conflicts, and developing best-practice policies and procedures.  

Whether you need help preparing for an Assessment and Rating visit, managing complex family dynamics, or addressing staff wellbeing, we’re here to support you with tailored advice and resources. With a deep understanding of the early childhood sector, CELA helps you confidently address challenges and deliver high-quality education and care.

How can I post a job on the CELA job board?

  1. You must be logged into the Member Hub. 

  1. From your dashboard, click on "My Job Postings" in the menu on the left-hand side. 

  1. Click on "Post a New Job". 

  1. Fill in all the required fields and submit the job. 

Once submitted, your job will be posted live within 3 business days, after approval by the administrator. 

 

How do I get discounts on training bookings?

Simply log in to your member hub, navigate to the training calendar, and fill out the booking form. The discount will be applied automatically at check out.
