Centre Director – Lead a Growing Early Learning Centre in Regional NSW

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate early childhood professional to lead our early learning service as Centre Director.

As, Centre Director, you will take the lead in shaping the day-to-day operations of the early childhood education and care service, delivering high-quality, inclusive programs across long day care and preschool settings.

In this role, you will act as both Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, ensureing compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards, Child Safe Standards, approved learning frameworks and Murrumbidgee Council policies, with a strong focus on children’s safety, wellbeing and rights.

You will provide supportive leadership to educators and staff, foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture, oversee educational programs, and manage the effective administration of the service, including staffing, enrolments, compliance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement, in partnership with Council.

This position will see you working across the Murrumbidgee Council Local Government Area.

  • Salary ranging from $108,000 to $129,000 (subject to qualifications, skills and experience)
