Your Impact


As Centre Director of Newstead, (Orange, NSW) you will be instrumental in establishing a strong diverse team and creating a warm and inclusive educational environment for children. Your role will see you:

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership to build capacity within your team
  • Build a strong culture of collaboration and a community of learners who strive for excellence
  • Develop strong relationships with families and foster partnerships in the local community
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre within organizational budget and expectations
  • Ensure compliance and pedagogy are to an exceeding level


About you


We are excited to welcome a dedicated leader who is committed to growing themselves and their team. You will have:

  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC etc)
  • Comply and be willing to stay up to date with all health requirements in relation to COVID-19
