About the role: You will work alongside our educators to provide nurturing, play-based learning experiences that honour each child’s identity, culture, and strengths. You will contribute to creating a culturally safe space where families and community are respected and valued.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of engaging learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Build respectful, trusting relationships with children, families, and community
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment
  • Support children’s wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging

About you:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Have a genuine passion for working with children and families
  • Value and respect Aboriginal culture and ways of knowing, being, and doing
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
