Amigoss Spanish Bilingual Childcare is a vibrant and inclusive childcare centre committed to providing exceptional care and early childhood education. The Opportunity.

We seek a passionate and dedicated Childcare Room Leader Educator (Nursery Room)to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to delivering our play-based curriculum and positively impact the lives of children in our care.

Selection Criteria & Candidate Expectations.

Full-time working rights in Australia, no part-timers, no sponsorships.

Minimum one year of work experience in Australian childcare settings.

Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA letter indicating you have an equivalent qualification.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Current Food Handling certification.

Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check(No older than six months).

Understanding and commitment to National Quality Standards (NQS).

Demonstrate the ability to provide a quality support program by following a planning cycle.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively with the team.

Experienced with children from 6 months is advantageous.

Spanish Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Understanding and commitment to child protection laws, engagement in ongoing professional development, including child protection training, and adherence to Work Health and Safety (WH&S) legislation.

A community-managed long day care service director recently told us how they lost over ten thousand dollars to scammers in two separate cyber attacks. Both incidents involved sophisticated email fraud that targeted the service's payment processes.
