Position Vacant WSUEL Bankstown

 

Diploma – Full time contract position commencing immediately until 9th September 2022

 

WSUEL Bankstown is situated on the grounds of Western Sydney University Campus in Milperra. We currently have a contracted position available for a Full time Diploma Educator to join our team commencing in March 2022 until 9th September 2022. The position will comply with the conditions set out in the WSUEL Services Enterprise Agreement and is a part-time position with a pay rate dependent on level of education and years of experience.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred although we are willing to accept working towards Diploma if they are suited for the role.
  • Working with Children Check clearance and number for verification and National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • DEC approved child protection training certificate
  • Motivation to focus on quality interactions with the children
  • An enthusiasm to contribute new ideas to the program and within children’s portfolio’s
  • Sound Knowledge and Working Practise of National Quality Frameworks, Early Years Learning Framework and Education and Care National Regulation and Law 
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a large team    
  • At least 1 years’ experience in working in an Early Education Service
