Join us at one of Australia's highest elevated Early Childhood Centres located in Thredbo Ski Resort! Thredbo Early Childhood Centre is seeking an experienced, Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team immediately and continue through the upcoming winter season of 2025.


Your responsibilities will include:


- Acting in a manner that promotes the best interests of the child.

- Building secure, respectful, and reciprocal relationships with children and families.

- Collaborating with the Room Leader and other educators to implement a high-quality education and care curriculum.

- Ensuring that each child experiences a sense of belonging, being, and becoming within the service.

- Assisting in maintaining up-to-date records for the children in your group.

- Ensuring that professional documentation for all children is completed and reflects the requirements of the National Quality Framework.
