We are seeking to employ a Diploma – Trained Educator for our Community-Based Early Childhood Centre, located in La Perouse.

We have been part of the La Perouse community since 1987 as a MACS Centre (Multifunctional Aboriginal Childrens Service) and are a well-established Childcare centre. Gujaga childcare is a Not for Profit service.

 Essential Criteria:

Diploma qualification with effective communication skills

Have current:

First-aid & CPR certificate, asthma & anaphylaxis certificates and Child Protection Certificate.

A NSW Working with Children Check

Willing to be a Responsible Person.

Available to work our operational hours between 8am to 5pm (shift times vary).


Experience in - Programming and planning to meet the individual needs of our children.

 Have an understanding of health and safety issues and Children’s Services Regulations. 

 The salary is award-based

The Childcare Centre is open 48 weeks/year
