Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to articulate and model a Christian worldview and integrate Christian values into early childhood education and leadership.
- Ability to foster a Christ-centred culture that respects all backgrounds and beliefs in line with lawful practices
- Certificate CHCPRT025 – Identify and respond to children and young people at risk
- Current approved Working with Children Check (NSW)
- ACECQA approved First Aid Certificate including anaphylaxis and asthma management and CPR
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF (V2.0), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Degree in Early Childhood
- Previous teaching experience in the early learning environment
- Ability to develop and implement innovative curriculum
- Excellent programming skills
- Computer skills
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Motivated initiative taker
- Knowledge of WHS practices
