Little Peoples Early Learning are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Full Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our St Helens Park Team

 As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for

  • Developing, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs for children in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Observing and evaluating each child's development and adjusting educational programs to meet their needs.
  • Building strong partnership with families to share insights and gain an understanding of each child's unique background.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
  • Promoting an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

 You will need:

  • Australian working rights
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check 
  • A completed ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree
  • Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices 
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates 
  • NESA Teacher Accreditation 
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) 
  • Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
  • Diploma Trained Educator working towards an Early Childhood Degree qualification considered.
