Educator Bardia

Explorers Learning Academy is seeking experienced Early Childhood Educators with a Certificate III or Diploma qualification to join our team in Bardia. This is a full-time role focused on providing high-quality early childhood education and care to the children in our centre.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children
  • Ensuring the safety, health and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Building positive relationships with children, families and the broader community
  • Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and centre policies
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities
  • Assisting with daily routines and centre operations as needed

What we're looking for

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Educator who places child safety and wellbeing as paramount importance at all times
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar early childhood education role
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
  • First aid qualification, current working with children check, child protections course
  • Operating hours are from 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
