Full time - Diploma qualified Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team on a full-time basis at Thredbo Early Childhood Centre.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in providing high-quality education and care for children, working collaboratively with a supportive team to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working in an early childhood service (essential)
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Excellent communication skills when engaging with children, families, and staff
  • Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
