We are looking for dynamic and inspiring Lead Educators with a Diploma in ECEC for our new Bluebird Early Education centre opening in July in Berrinba!

What Lead Educators need to have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (approved by ACECQA)
- Demonstrated experience in a Lead Educator role at an Early Childhood Education Centre, preferably for at least 1 year
- Practical knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards & Framework
- Current Blue Card
- Full COVID immunisation certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis or willing to obtain it
- Current Child Protection Certificate and Food Handling Training or willing to obtain both
- Passionate and committed to exceeding the quality of early childhood and education
- Positive communication skills and leadership skills
- Willingness in the embedding of Oxanda Rituals throughout all practices
What Early Childhood Teachers need to have:
- Experience working in an Early Childhood environment
- Experience in program planning
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education - (approved by ACECQA)
- Ability to build strong relationships with the community including families, children and peers
- Full COVID Immunisation certificate
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willing to obtain these
- Food Safety and Child Protection training of willing to obtain these
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable with children with diverse learning abilities and needs
- Commitment to excellence in early childhood
- Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the square.
