Key Qualifications, experience and skills:

  • Someone who has a high vision of the service, with a goal to exceed the National Quality Standards 
  • A deep understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
  • Strong understanding of the programming cycle according to the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).
  • Completed a degree in Early Childhood Education
  • A current VIT registration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of ECT with a solid understanding of the NQS and VEYLDF.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Qualifications.
  • Can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Foster strong, authentic relationships with families and the local community.
