Introducing Masterclasses with Sarah Moore

CELA is excited to announce a series of masterclasses with Certified Coach and Conversational Intelligence® Enhanced Skills Practitioner, Sarah Moore. Sarah has 25 years’ experience in not for profit leadership and in recent years has shared her dynamic and engaging masterclasses with hundreds of early education leaders through her business at Early Education Leadership.

We’re all aware that team engagement and communication are key success factors for every early education service, but finding the right strategy to engage teams in a way that really ‘sticks’ can be challenging. This series of Masterclasses will provide early education leaders with an understanding of what gets in the way of team engagement and communication, along with the tools to open lines of communication and drive a deeper level of involvement that really lasts.

Sydney Masterclass

Your team’s ability to communicate is a key success factor in the early learning environment, and trust within your team is vital for good communication to flow. Without trust, misunderstandings quickly occur, emotions run high and a disproportionate amount of time can be wasted on resolving conflict.

This masterclass will increase your awareness about the importance trust plays in communication, show you how to build trust within your team and how to respond to conflict effectively. You will gain new perspectives on elevating your team’s communication in an engaging environment where you can reflect on your practices from a leadership perspective with others in the same situation.

If you are looking for ways to be more conscious in your communication and learn innovative communication tools, this is the masterclass for you.

This Masterclass will allow you to:

  • Understand what gets in the way of good communication
  • Explore the impact good and difficult conversations have on the way our brains work
  • Learn the importance of trust and its impact on our ability to communicate
  • Gain new insights into conversational patterns and how to read them
  • Design a plan for success to move you into action

Implementation

After the Masterclass you will be invited to come together via webinar to share your experiences with Sarah and other members of the group. This valuable session will enable you to  discuss what worked, workshop how to overcome barriers to implementation, and learn from others.
