CELA is excited to announce a series of masterclasses with Certified Coach and Conversational Intelligence® Enhanced Skills Practitioner, Sarah Moore. Sarah has 25 years’ experience in not for profit leadership and in recent years has shared her dynamic and engaging masterclasses with hundreds of early education leaders through her business at Early Education Leadership.
We’re all aware that team engagement and communication are key success factors for every early education service, but finding the right strategy to engage teams in a way that really ‘sticks’ can be challenging. This series of Masterclasses will provide early education leaders with an understanding of what gets in the way of team engagement and communication, along with the tools to open lines of communication and drive a deeper level of involvement that really lasts.

Sydney or Brisbane Masterclass
This Masterclass is based on some of the latest approaches to empower teams using neuroscience. You will gain insights into how our brains work under pressure and what teams really need to create, increase and maintain engagement in the workplace for better health and wellbeing. This is a fun and interactive session that will give you the ‘magic ingredients’ for engagement, including knowledge about the importance of a sense of safety, belonging and mattering, and the recipe for how to integrate them into your work place.
This Masterclass will allow leaders to:
- Build a sense of self confidence and additional self-leadership skills
