Conscious Conversations are Key Masterclass (webinar series)

NESA Registered PD

Discover the secret to effective communication in early education settings

Effective communication is a key success factor for every early education service, but we don’t always have the tools and understanding to really hear what others are saying, or get our message across in the right way.

This transformational masterclass unlocks the secrets to effective communication and gives you practical tools to tackle challenging conversations confidently!

Who should participate? Directors, Leaders in early education, Room Leaders.

Trust within an early education team is critical to establishing effective communication. Without effective communication misunderstandings can occur quickly, emotions escalate, staff wellbeing slides and too much time is spent on conflict resolution instead of being able to deliver quality early educational outcomes.

This dynamic, fun and interactive masterclass provides leaders with skills and tools to:
  • Improve their understanding about what gets in the way of good communication
  • Understand the impact different conversations have on the brain
  • Learn the importance of trust and how it impacts communication
  • Develop insights into conversational patterns and learn how to read them
  • Design communication practices to tackle challenging conversations

Be prepared to reflect on your established practices and experiment with some new and innovative communication techniques. By the end of the day you will be able to return back to your service with practical strategies and new perspectives that will not only elevate your communication but also that of your team!

Implementation

“In a nutshell, I think this training will change my life.
The information shared by Sarah is not only informative but so practical.”
Margy R, Director

“This course has helped me as a leader to navigate some big changes and high levels of uncertainty within my service. It’s assisted me to create some significant shifts in my perspectives, and to enter into conversations with a new sense of curiosity whilst focusing on co-creating solutions.”
