ECEC leadership expert Blake Stewart will help you to discover how to manage the change process at your centre so that everyone is committed to making it happen.
This 2.5-hour session will focus on the process of change management. Participants will learn about the different models for change and how to best support their teams through change.

You will explore the change process and how you can implement a successful change at your service. You will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas for change and reflect on strategies to enable you to finesse your communication with stakeholders to implement a successful change.
About Blake:
Blake has been in the early childhood education sector for 8 years. He completed his Bachelor of Early Education and Care (Birth – 5 years) whilst also completing a dual Diploma in Business Management / Leadership & Management.
During his time in the sector he has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher, Educational Leader and Director.
Blake has a strong passion for educational leadership, quality education and strength-based inclusive practices. He is now leading an Early Intervention Clinic which includes speech pathology, inclusion support, counselling and other paediatric services, while completing a Master of Occupational Therapy (Paediatrics).

Teachers may consider using this course towards their Elective PD hours, to maintain teacher accreditation requirements, in line with the Elective PD Guidelines.
