This 2.5-hour session will focus on the process of change management. Participants will learn about the different models for change and how to best support their teams through change. 

The information covered includes: 

  • The types of change  

  • Strategies for introducing change at your service  

  • Understanding people's different responses to change 

You will explore the change process and how you can implement a successful change at your service. You will have the opportunity to discuss your ideas for change and reflect on strategies to enable you to finesse your communication with stakeholders to implement a successful change.
