Standard Mental Health First Aid - Face to Face

1 in 5 Australians experience mental illness every year, yet most people don't know how to offer assistance.

The Standard Mental Health First Aid course is facilitated by Denise Nash, an accredited Mental Health First Aid instructor with years of experience training early education and care professionals. Denise will show you how to support someone who is experiencing a mental health issue or crisis, with four practical sessions spread across two days.

You will learn how to apply mental health first aid and how to support and facilitate others in seeking professional help. After completing this session, you may choose to complete an online assessment to receive accreditation through Mental Health First Aid Australia.

Note: This is a face-to-face session which will be held in our office on George Street at Circular Quay, Sydney, over two days.
