What you'll learn

Designed for new directors or those seeking a refresher, participants will deepen their understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations and explore practical strategies to ensure their service remains compliant.

The session will also unpack the concept of quality, supporting directors to reflect on how quality practices can be embedded into everyday operations and leadership decisions. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers, reflect on their responsibilities, and identify strategies to strengthen both compliance and quality within their service.
