The Director’s Toolkit explores the responsibilities of a nominated supervisor or director - for those who are new to the position as well as those interested in refreshing their knowledge and approach. It will also enable you to engage with others in the same position.
Each session explores an aspect of the director’s role. Participants can choose the session that meets their current needs, dip into one session or attend all 6 for a comprehensive look at the role and responsibilities.
Director's Toolkit - Leadership & Advocacy

No one can do the important work that we do in early childhood on their own. It requires a team of people, working together to accomplish great things for children and families.
Participants will delve into the essence of leadership, exploring their roles and the qualities that define an effective leader. They will gain insights into their own unique leadership style, fostering a deeper understanding of how to lead with impact. Additionally, the session will provide an opportunity to discuss current advocacy issues and reflect on your role as an advocate, enhancing your ability to effect change.
