This session will enable participants to ‘unpack’ each exceeding theme in relation to the what and why, and to understand the process of identifying how your practices go above and beyond.
During the session you will:
- Unpack the Exceeding themes so that they are easier to understand
- Understand the difference between Meeting and Exceeding the NQS
- Use tools and guidance to further your understanding of how Exceeding is determined and rated
Participants will gain confidence in the exceeding themes process, know where to find guidance, and learn how to identify exceeding themes within key practices.

Rescheduling Policy
Participants are allowed to reschedule their booked webinar session for another webinar of the same or lesser value, provided the request is made no later than the day of the session. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted in writing via email to training@cela.org.au. Any rescheduling requests made after the scheduled session date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of CELA.
