Educational leaders will consider their audience as well as the design of their documentation and a range of methods that may contribute to its content. You will walk away with practical tips, tools and resources to better support educators in the cycle of planning and documentation in order to make children’s learning visible.
Participants will:
- Gain clarity around the role of the educational leader and how to engage educators in the why, what and how of pedagogical programming and documentation.
- Set intentions for documentation and make visible National Quality Framework requirements.
- Discuss how different ‘voices’ inform the program and planning.
- Identify who the documentation is communicating to.
- Identify documentation formats.
