Would you like to know more about how to support baby’s agency and facilitate exploration? In this session, we delve into attachment as a base for supporting exploration and learning. 

What you will learn:  

  • An overview of child development from 0-3
  • How to establish secure attachments in infants and toddlers and how this can support their confidence and competence
  • Practical strategies for supporting infant and toddler agency including music, sensory play and risk taking 

This workshop is suitable for early childhood educators and teachers working with babies and toddlers.  

2 hour contribution

NESA ACCREDITED PD

Completing Supporting Confident and Capable Babies and Toddlers will contribute 2 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing Standard Descriptor 2.1.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
