Dear members,

We have recently undertaken some major work on our website to improve your experience when logging in, making purchases and booking training, and to improve functionality. This means that all members will need to request a new password as the old password will no longer work. 

What you need to do 

  1. Click on ‘LOGIN’ button at the top right of the home page.

  2. When the login box pops up, select ‘Forgot your password?

  3. You will then be prompted to enter your registered email address, click ‘get reset password link’ and a link to reset your password will be emailed to the nominated address. Please be sure to update your password to something you will remember once you are logged in (Once you’re logged in you can also reset your password  under 'manage password' in the member hub). 

    Please note:
    •    The reset your password email can take up to 30 seconds to arrive. For security purposes, if you receive the reset your password email more than once, only the most recent link will work. 
    •    If you have not received your reset your password email, please check your spam folder, if it is not there please call us on 1800 157 818 and we can reset it for you over the phone.


Once you’ve logged in, why not take a look around our new member hub? 

In the new member hub you will be able to access all member benefits in one cosy place including our resource library, Rattler magazine and job postings. You will also be able to browse any training sessions you have booked and see past invoices for training and purchases made on the refreshed website. 


Please note that only new training bookings and purchases made with the refreshed website will appear as records within the 'My training' and 'Orders' section of the member hub. 


We will do everything we can to minimise disruption for members.

Your new member hub includes all the important information about your membership and purchases in one place including: 

  • Training bookings and invoices
  • Event bookings
  • Shop purchases and receipts
  • Membership details including expiry date
  • Ability to renew membership online with the click of a button
  • One click access to member resources, Rattler magazine and job postings (access to these benefits is dependent on membership type)

Please note: records of bookings and purchases will only begin to populate in the hub for transactions made after Saturday 24 July

2. Better search functionality in member resources

Members can now search our extensive resource library using key words in order to pinpoint the exact topic or resource they are looking for without having to scroll through every resource in a category.

3. Improved navigation and booking experience for our training calendar

We’ve made it much easier to find the training session you’re looking for with our improved training booking page. The page is now ordered by nearest date and includes the ability to search for a training topic in three ways using the open search bar, or by quality area or by topic using the drop-down menu.
