What you'll learn

This Director’s Toolkit session focuses on the essential yet often challenging administrative responsibilities of a director’s role.

Participants will explore time management strategies to identify and address ‘time robbers,’ helping them plan and prioritise effectively. The session will also introduce systems and tools to work smarter, not harder, while offering opportunities to share insights and ideas with peers in similar roles.

  • Identify time management challenges and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Learn tools and systems to streamline administrative responsibilities.
  • Connect with peers to exchange ideas and solutions for achieving administrative success.

Who should attend

This series is designed for new directors or those looking to refresh their knowledge. 

Elective PD

2 hour contribution

Teachers may consider using this course towards their Elective PD hours, to maintain teacher accreditation requirements, in line with the Elective PD Guidelines.
