  • The aim of this session is to help educators to focus on critical reflection and to use it as an embedded practice to drive continuous quality improvement in their service and create professional learning communities.
  • We will consider what critical reflection actually is and the role it plays in informing plans for professional learning and practice change.
  • You will discover strategies that support educators to question established practices, engage with theories and action research, and think about why they work in particular ways.
